What Does Our Yoga Program Include?
We offer regular yoga sessions led by teachers who work with early learners. Each session features easy poses, breathing exercises, guided relaxation and gentle stretching. We use simple flows, storytelling through movement, soft music and age-appropriate props like mats and cushions. Children get to explore balance, posture and flexibility in a playful way. We also include visualisation or gentle mindfulness at the end so each child gets to pause, breathe and settle.
